Welcome to Rephly. By downloading, installing, or using Rephly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rephly governing your use of the Rephly mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
Rephly is an AI-powered reply assistant that generates suggested responses to messages you submit. The Service includes:
3.1 You may create an account using your email address or Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.2 You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3.3 You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent the free tier daily limit.
Rephly offers a free tier with 10 AI reply generations per day. Free tier reply history expires after 24 hours.
After a 3-day free trial, Rephly Pro automatically renews at $1.99 per month. Pro includes:
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
The 3-day free trial begins when you initiate a Pro subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, $1.99/month is billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen to restore your active subscription.
5.1 AI suggestions are generated automatically based on the message you submit. Rephly does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated reply.
5.2 You are solely responsible for reviewing and choosing which reply to send. Rephly is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for your own judgment.
5.3 Do not use Rephly to generate replies that are deceptive, harmful, harassing, or that violate any third party's rights.
You agree not to:
7.1 All content, features, and functionality of Rephly — including the app, logo, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to Rephly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You retain ownership of the messages you submit. By submitting messages to Rephly, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
7.3 AI-generated replies are provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of replies you send using Rephly.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy at rephly.app/privacy describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using Rephly, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED REPLIES WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPHLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12.1 You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
12.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature survive termination will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
